My Bio
I am a psychology graduate of Oakland University of Rochester, MI. I work as a case manager of a group home. I love tabletop RPGs, and run my own campaign (Exalted) as well as play in a few others. I am a newlywed, and my husband and I are moving (along with our best friend) to Portland, Oregon come June '09. I have two beautiful half-sibling cats, one siamese, one maine coon-mix.

I used to play World of Warcraft on an RP server, and I flirt with it occasionally, though I no longer dedicate enough time to it to run a guild. I met a lot of amazing people through that venue, though, including some of my dearest friends and my husband.

I am very Type-A, and I am happy to bring others along for the ride. I love people.

Almost two weeks since we all packed up and moved from Michigan to Oregon, and I am loving all the sleep we've gotten since. Saved up a few thousand dollars to live on in case the job search fares poorly (something I doubt, considering the turnover rate at entry level for my particular field), and the cool Oregon nights have been comfortable and soothing. Working on a new picture on the Wacom for the first time in ages (practice practice practice! I'll never get better if I don't try!), and enrolled at a fresh dojo. I am pretty happy and comfortable with my life. To all of you out there; keep on trying. The dedicated individual can never hel

Married!

And working hard to finish up the details for the big move across the country. Compared to getting married, it's a cakewalk. We have an espresso machine, now, and I made biscotti at home to have with it. I love that thing. I am so going to get a caffeine addiction. Have not drawn on the computer in a while, but have been adding to the sketchbook infrequently. Need to practice more. I haven't learned anything new in a while, which means I am doing everything the -same-. That's no good.

Wedding!

Nine days to go until the wedding. My mother has made a dress that would have cost thousands of dollars at a tailor; I can't wait to post photos. My fiance has not seen it yet, after five fittings; he wants to wait until I walk down the aisle. My diploma arrived from the university, finally-- I graduated in the middle of December, it's the middle of March now! They want to frame it, and heck, I'm not going to stop them! It is an extremely formal document, covered with Whereupons and Heretofore and Wherewithals, and the line "all the associated rights, privileges and honors therefore due." We are planning to move to Portland, Oregon at the s

Oh, thank you! Not quite a month into it, and it feels ... well, more or less the same as it always did! But somehow more soothing. Mwa ha ha, he cannot escape! And you're welcome for the favorite.
